Spectra Precision® GL422 Grade Laser
This self-leveling dual grade laser provides fast, easy horizontal level, grade, and vertical plumb setup with no manual leveling. The GL422 sends a continuous, self-leveled 360° laser reference over the entire work area, and the long operating range of 800 m ( 2, 600 feet) increases machine control capability and reduces setups over the job site. The laser beam can be turned off electronically on up to three sides of your choice, preventing the beam from straying into nearby work areas and interfering with other crews on the job site. A two-way, full-function radio remote control allows you to make grade changes from anywhere on the job site, resulting in reduced setup time. Other features include pointing mode for “ Over the Top� pipe laying applications and grade match for measuring the existing grade value between two known elevation points. The included HL700 Laserometer measures and displays beam location and features dual-sided LCD’ s. The HL700 displays how far you are from on-grade, allowing for fast elevation checks without moving the rod clamp. A large 127 mm ( 5" ) reception height speeds beam pickup in grade match and alignment applications.
